Eunice Maytorena-Sánchez is a Senior Lecturer in Project Management at the Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS), University of Manchester. She holds a PhD from University College London (UCL) and has over 18 years of experience in project management research and education.
Education: PhD in Project Management (UCL, 2003), Architectural Training (pre-PhD). Research focuses on complex project management, risk/uncertainty management, stakeholder analysis, and cognitive mapping techniques. Her work addresses challenges across construction, IT/IS, and aerospace sectors.
