Eulogio Pernas

Eulogio Pernas is a Professor at the Faculty of Education Sciences, Department of Pedagogy and Didactics, University of Santiago de Compostela. His research focuses on digital competence, higher education, E-learning, and the integration of information and communication technologies (ICTs) into curricular frameworks.

• Collaborates with the TecnoEduc and Stellae research groups.
• Active in projects related to technological-didactic content knowledge in computer engineering education and digital competency in university curricula.
• Participates in the UNISIC network, addressing teaching changes in Ibero-American universities.
