Eugene Lin

Eugene Lin, MD, MS, FASN is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology & Hypertension at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. He is also a Clinical and Resident Fellow at the Leonard D. Schaeffer Center for Health Policy & Economics. His expertise spans nephrology, health services research, and economic policies related to kidney disease. Dr. Lin focuses on public policy impacts on kidney care, dialysis provision in insurance markets, and patient transitions of care. He serves on committees including the National Kidney Foundation’s Scientific Advisory Board and the American Society of Nephrology’s Transplant Policy Committee, and has contributed to CMS Technical Expert Panels.

Dr. Lin completed a nephrology postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University and an Internal Medicine residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
