Eugene Brusilovskiy is a Lecturer at the Stuart Weitzman School of Design, University of Pennsylvania, specializing in City & Regional Planning and Urban Spatial Analytics. He directs the Laboratory on Geography, Mobility and Disability at Temple University, focusing on environmental and individual-level factors affecting community mobility and inclusion for people with disabilities.

His research leverages GIS, statistical, and data mining tools to analyze predictors of health-related outcomes, particularly for individuals with psychiatric disabilities and autism. He has co-led federally funded studies on urbanicity, stigma, resource accessibility, and pandemic impacts.
Recent publications highlight his work in geospatial modeling of community participation, longitudinal analysis of mobility patterns, and interdisciplinary applications of data science to social psychiatry and disability studies.
As a co-PI on federal grants, he bridges urban planning, health informatics, and social science to address systemic barriers to inclusion.
