Eugen Banauch

Eugen Banauch is the Head of Research Support and University Representative in the Uniko Forum Forschung at Mozarteum University. He holds a Magister and PhD in Literary and Cultural Science. His roles include managing research programs like PEEK at the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) and establishing the university's research management department to enhance visibility for artistic/scientific research. His work focuses on popular music (especially Bob Dylan), Jewish literary exile, and Canadian cultural studies.

Education:

• Studied English and German at Universities of Vienna, Sussex (UK), and Ottawa (Canada)
• Doctorate in 2007 with award-winning thesis on Jewish exile writers in Canada
