معرفی
Ethan Oxley is a Research Fellow at the Australian Centre for Blood Diseases, Monash University. His research focuses on blood cancers and immunotherapeutic approaches, with particular emphasis on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL).
Dr. Oxley's research interests span multiple areas of cancer biology and therapy development:
- Mechanisms of leukemia pathogenesis and relapse
- Immunotherapeutic approaches for blood cancers
- Molecular signaling pathways in hematological malignancies
- Development of novel anticancer biologics
- Protein interaction analysis at single-molecule resolution
- Transcription factor networks in blood cancers
His publication record shows consistent productivity from 2019-2025 with high-impact papers in Nature Communications, Cell Reports, and Blood. His work demonstrates a progression from fundamental molecular mechanisms of leukemia to translational immunotherapeutic applications, with his most recent research focusing on spatial protein analysis and checkpoint immunomodulation.
Dr. Oxley serves as a Chief Investigator on the "FLEX immunotherapeutics" project (2022-2024), which aims to develop a new class of anticancer biologics. This collaborative project demonstrates his commitment to translating basic research findings into potential therapeutic applications for blood cancers.
