Eta Lauw is a Lecturer at LASALLE College of the Arts, holding a Masters of Music Therapy from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelors of Communications Studies from Nanyang Technological University. A Registered Music Therapist (RMT) and Fellow of the Association for Music and Imagery (FAMI), she is also certified as an Austin Vocal Psychotherapist (AVPT) and completed Level 3 training in Guided Imagery and Music (GIM).

Eta's publications highlight her expertise in trauma, dementia care, and cross-cultural practice. Notably, her 2023 article explores vocal psychotherapy for developmental trauma, while her 2016 works address cultural adaptation in international practice and the role of social dynamics in geriatric music therapy.
