Dr. Esther Slot is an educational researcher, trainer, and consultant affiliated with Utrecht University's Faculty of Social and Behavioral Sciences, specifically within the Department of Educational Development & Training. Her work focuses on interdisciplinary learning, interest development, inclusive education, and teacher development, serving both primary and higher education sectors. She earned her doctoral degree in Educational Sciences in 2020, centered on adolescents' interest experiences in daily life.
