Esther H. Bisschops

Dr. Esther H. Bisschops is a Research Fellow at the Clinical Child and Family Studies department within the Faculty of Behavioural and Movement Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She also holds Visiting Fellow positions in the APH - Mental Health, APH - Quality of Care, and LEARN! - Child rearing departments. Her research focuses on reducing restrictive measures and involuntary care in intellectual disability care through implementation science, virtual communities-of-practice, and multi-methods studies.
