Estera A. Boldut serves as Program Director of the Master of Christian Studies in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trinity Western University's School of Graduate Studies. She holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from California Southern University (2019) and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trinity Western University (2010). Her expertise spans clinical supervision, sex therapy, cultural diversity, addictions, and domestic violence intervention. She maintains a private practice, provides clinical supervision, and co-teaches the Fundamentals in Clinical Supervision course.
Research focuses on empathy, compassion, and burnout prevention among mental health practitioners, as evidenced by her 2019 doctoral thesis. She teaches courses including Counselling Practicum, Counselling Diverse Populations, and Marriage & Family Therapy II. Affiliations include the BC College of Social Workers and BC Association of Clinical Counselors.
