Dr. Esra ERTEMÜR is a Doctoral Faculty Member (Assistant Professor) in the Nursing Department at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Kastamonu University, Turkey, where she has been working since 2022. Previously, she served as a Lecturer at the same institution from 2011 to 2022. She also holds administrative roles including Deputy Department Head (2023-2024) and Journal Editor-in-Chief at Kastamonu University.
