Dr. Esma Koca is a Principal Teaching Fellow at the Department of Analytics, Marketing and Operations, Imperial College Business School. She holds a PhD from Imperial College London and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, blending technical and managerial expertise. Her research bridges analytics, marketing, and operations, focusing on the economics of digitization and healthcare applications.
