Erin Okuno is a licensed attorney and faculty member at Stetson University College of Law, where she serves as the Assistant Director of the Institute for Biodiversity Law and Policy. She also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Stetson Law, Georgia State University, and the University of South Florida.

Her research focuses on environmental law, science, and policy, with expertise in wetlands, biodiversity, endangered species, and international environmental law. She has contributed to publications such as Ecology Law Quarterly and Wetlands, as well as reports for the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands. Erin serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for the Journal of International Wildlife Law and Policy and coaches moot court teams at Stetson Law.
