Erin McMahon

Erin McMahon, EdD, CNM, FACNM, is Director of the Nurse Midwife Program and Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Arizona College of Nursing. A certified nurse-midwife for 24 years, she founded the Midwifery Specialty program at UA. She has taught for over 10 years and precepted students/residents for 20+ years, specializing in simulation-based education.

She is a Fellow of the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) and member of the American Midwifery Certification Board. She contributed to ACNM's Core Competencies revisions and IACSLE simulation standards.
