Dr. Erin McDonnell-Jones is an Associate Professor in the Teacher Education Program at Randolph-Macon College. As the Arts and Language Education Coordinator, she specializes in transformative teaching practices, educational technology integration, and literacy education. She has been influential in education since 2007, transitioning from English teaching to higher education in 2017.
- EdD in Educational Leadership & Innovation from Wilmington University (2015)
- MA in English from West Chester University (2011)
- BSE in English Education from Pennsylvania State University (2008)
Her research focuses on educational technology, pedagogical innovation, and professional development for educators. She teaches courses spanning educational psychology, curriculum design, and K-12 technology integration.
