Erin L. Kelly is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Minnesota, affiliated with the Minnesota Population Center and the Life Course Center. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Minnesota, with a dissertation titled *Corporate Family Policies in U.S. Organizations, 1965-1997*. Her research focuses on workplace policies, including family-friendly practices, diversity management, and sexual harassment policies. She co-leads the Flexible Work and Well-Being Center (with Phyllis Moen), investigating how flexible work arrangements affect employee health, work-family conflict, and productivity. This research is funded by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) as part of a national network on work-family dynamics.
