Erin Keever is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Art History at Austin Community College, where she teaches foundational courses such as Art Appreciation (ARTS 1301), Art History I (ARTS 1303), and Art History II (ARTS 1304). She previously taught advanced courses like Issues in Contemporary Art and History of Modern Art at Texas State University. Keever has curated exhibitions including In the Public Eye: New Work by Nathan “SLOKE” Nordstrom (2017) at ACC and Going West (2005) at Arthouse (now The Contemporary Austin). Her professional contributions extend to freelance writing for the Austin American-Statesman and editorial roles at Aether and Sightlines magazines, where she analyzes art criticism and curation trends.
