Erin Grossi

Erin Grossi is an Adjunct Professor in Northwestern University's Master of Science in Energy and Sustainability (MSES) Program, where she focuses on global energy markets for energy and sustainability. Concurrently, she serves as the Consulting Practice Lead for eMobility & Digital Energy Systems Innovation at TRC Companies. Previously, she held leadership roles at Accenture's Strategy & Consulting group, The Center for Neighborhood Technology (CNT), and Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL LLC).

  • PhD and Master’s in International Commerce & Trade from Georgetown University
  • Honors BA in International Relations and Spanish Language & Literature from Marquette University

Her research and professional work emphasize energy systems innovation, regulatory navigation, and digital transformation in the energy sector, including electric mobility (eMobility), distributed energy systems, and smart cities. At Accenture, she led North America’s eMobility practice, focusing on business development and EV growth initiatives. Prior to that, she repositioned CNT from a policy organization to a smart cities R&D center and managed UL LLC’s corporate innovation portfolio.
