Erin Anderson

Erin Anderson is a Contractual Teaching Faculty member at Wilfrid Laurier University's Faculty of Education and a PhD student at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto. She earned her Master of Education from Laurier in 2022.

• Current focus: Equity and access in higher education
• Research areas: Identity development, mental health literacy, and inclusive learning environments

Her work addresses systemic barriers to inclusion, marginalization in postsecondary settings, mentorship practices, and holistic wellness promotion for students.
