Erika Ni serves as a Scientific Associate and doctoral student at the Chair of Entrepreneurship and SME Research within the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Mannheim, a position held since September 2022.

She contributes to the Chair of Entrepreneurship and SME Research's mission of advancing small and medium enterprise scholarship through both academic instruction and applied business development frameworks.
