Erika Ni serves as a Scientific Associate and doctoral student at the Chair of Entrepreneurship and SME Research within the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Mannheim, a position held since September 2022.

- Study abroad: EAFIT University (Medellín, Colombia) and EGADE Business School (Monterrey, Mexico)
Her research examines the psychological dimensions of entrepreneurship through entrepreneurial behavior, emotional dynamics, and well-being frameworks, with specialized focus on social entrepreneurship and crowdfunding mechanisms for social ventures. This work bridges theoretical entrepreneurship studies with practical business development applications.

Erika supervises bachelor's and master's theses while teaching graduate courses MAN 631 'Creativity and Entrepreneurship in Practice' and MAN 634 'Entrepreneurial Behavior and Crowdfunding Social Ventures'. Her prior industry experience spans strategy consultancy and innovation consulting roles. She contributes to the Chair of Entrepreneurship and SME Research's mission of advancing small and medium enterprise scholarship through both academic instruction and applied business development frameworks.
