Erika Conleay

Erika Conleay is an Associate Chair of Social Strategy and Management at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), a role she has held since September 2024. Previously, she served as a Professor of Advertising at SCAD from 2022 to 2024. She also owns and operates Conleay and Co., a marketing consultancy firm, alongside her academic roles. Erika holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and a B.S. in Construction Management, both from Kennesaw State University.

Her professional experience includes leadership roles at institutions such as Mercer University, Georgia Tech, and NewTown Macon, where she streamlined marketing teams, optimized workflows, and developed impactful digital and social media strategies. Notable achievements include a 58% reduction in annual marketing spend while increasing ROI, a 47% rise in website traffic through data-driven campaigns, and establishing high-performing e-newsletters.

Erika has consistently mentored small businesses through platforms like SCORE and collaborated with organizations such as the Georgia Farm Bureau to address skills gaps and reorganize marketing departments.
