Erika Block is Lecturer of Technology and Operations at University of Michigan's Ross School of Business with joint appointment in the College of Engineering's Center for Entrepreneurship.
Her interdisciplinary research examines:
- Entrepreneurial strategy development
- Storytelling in innovation contexts
- Sustainable business models for climate tech
- Collaborative organizational design
As principal of Sticky Lab, she advises startups on strategy and narrative development. Additional roles include Mentor-in-Residence at VentureWell for climate/energy startups.
