Erik Weber

Prof. Dr. Erik Weber serves as Professor at the University of Erfurt within the Faculty of Education's Department of Special and Social Education, holding the dedicated Professorship for Inclusive Educational Processes for People with Intellectual and Multiple Disabilities.

His research centers on developing accessible educational frameworks for neurodiverse learners, specializing in pedagogical strategies for individuals with intellectual and complex disabilities. This work bridges special education theory with practical inclusive methodologies across diverse learning environments.
