Erik Andrew Sathe is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre for Ecological and Evolutionary Synthesis (CEES), affiliated with the Department of Biosciences under the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the University of Oslo. His research focuses on biomechanics, morphology, flight mechanics, and evolutionary biology, with a particular emphasis on avian and chiropteran species.
His work integrates ecological and evolutionary perspectives to study how organisms adapt to environmental changes. CEES is part of a legacy of excellence in evolutionary research, having operated as a Centre of Excellence in Norway from 2007 to 2017.
