Dr. Erica Randle is a Senior Research Fellow at the Australian Institute of Primary Care & Ageing, La Trobe University. Her work focuses on sport organizations, physical literacy, health promotion, gender equity, and program evaluation.

Her research explores strategies to enhance sport participation through experience design, implementation science, and inclusive policies. She collaborates with organizations like VicHealth, Australian Sports Commission, and Special Olympics Australia, emphasizing evaluation support, data monitoring, and capacity building. Her projects address gambling harm prevention, mental health in sports clubs, and social value creation.
Erica contributes to education through past teaching in Tourism and Sport Management and has developed frameworks for intergenerational outdoor recreation. She actively participates in conferences, peer reviews, and professional committees like the Asia-Pacific Society for Physical Activity Advocacy Committee.
