Erica R. H. Fuchs is a Professor at Carnegie Mellon University in the Department of Engineering and Public Policy, with courtesy appointments in Materials Science and Engineering and Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy. She serves as Director of the Critical Technology Initiative and co-founded the National Network for Critical Technology Assessment, which produced the foundational report Securing America’s Future.
