Erica Largent is an Assistant Professor at St. Catherine University, where she coordinates and teaches the certified nursing assistant training program. With over 18 years of nursing experience spanning bedside care, administration, and education, she earned her MSN as a Nurse Educator from St. Catherine University and is currently pursuing a Post-Master's Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
Her research focuses on innovative approaches to nursing education and healthcare training methodologies. She is deeply committed to preparing pre-nursing and nursing students for professional practice through evidence-based pedagogical strategies.
