Erica C Haugtvedt is an Associate Professor in the Department of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. She holds dual BA degrees in English and Psychology (2009), an MA in English (2011), and a PhD in Nineteenth-Century British Literature (2015) from The Ohio State University, where she also served as Senior Lecturer (2015-2017) before joining South Dakota Mines in 2017.
