Dr. Erica Bexley is an Associate Professor in the Department of Classics and Ancient History at Durham University. Her research focuses on Roman drama (tragedy and comedy), Neronian literature, and the intersection of performance studies with ancient texts. She holds a PhD from an Australian/U.S. institution and has held prior appointments at the University of Cambridge and Swansea University before joining Durham in 2017.
