Eric Walden is the Director of the Texas Tech Neuroimaging Institute and holds the Jerry S. Rawls Chair of Information Systems & Quantitative Sciences (ISQS) at Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business. He is a leading researcher in NeuroIS (neuroscience in information systems) and has published in top journals like NeuroImage and MIS Quarterly.
- PhD in Information and Decision Sciences from University of Minnesota
- MS and BA in Economics from Louisiana State University and New Mexico State University
His research bridges Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence, and Decision-Making through neuroimaging experiments. Recent work explores AI ethics, neurodynamic processes in app adoption, and neuroimaging applications to business problems.
