Eric Seymour

Eric Seymour is an Associate Professor at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan, an MURP from the University of Florida, and a B.A. in American Literature & History from Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College. His research focuses on housing dynamics in declining urban areas, including post-crisis housing markets, corporate landlord practices, and evictions. He employs GIS and quantitative methods to analyze urban policy impacts on low-income communities.
