Enzo de Laurentiis

Enzo de Laurentiis is an adjunct professor at American University Washington College of Law (1992-2004), specializing in international contracts and procurement law. He currently serves on the Scientific Committee of the International Master’s in Public Procurement Management and the Strategic Committee of the Bachelor’s Degree in Global Governance at Tor Vergata University of Rome. He is also a Board Member of FIDIC Credentialing Limited (FCL).

Education: Holds a law degree (Dottore in Giurisprudenza) from the University of Trieste and an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from American University Washington College of Law.

Research interests focus on public sector procurement reform, international legal frameworks for procurement, and governance practices in multilateral development institutions. His career includes 26 years at the World Bank as Chief Procurement Officer and manager of procurement policy reforms.

Labs/Teams: Active in global governance networks through his advisory roles and academic committees.
