Prof. Dr. Enver Bozkurt serves as Professor and Dean at the Faculty of Law, Hasan Kalyoncu University, where he has held full-time academic positions since 2004 following promotions to Associate Professor (1998) and Assistant Professor (1991). His distinguished career spans over three decades with significant contributions to legal scholarship and institutional leadership in Turkish academia.
