Enrique Aubá Guedea

Dr. Enrique Aubá Guedea is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Navarra, specializing in Psychiatry. With a focus on psychosomatic pathology, somatoform disorders, and family therapy, he contributes to both clinical practice and academic research. His work extends to teaching and stress reduction techniques, aligning with his training at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine.
