Enoch Adu-Gyamfi

Enoch Adu-Gyamfi is a Lecturer in Adult Nursing at the University of Salford, School of Health & Society, with expertise in clinical practice, healthcare education, and global health. He is registered as a nurse in both the UK and Ghana, and his research focuses on AI integration in healthcare education, personalised care, and health coaching.

His research interests span personalised care, health coaching, global health (emphasizing non-communicable diseases), and the role of AI in healthcare education. Recent work includes a 2025 article analyzing ChatGPT's impact on teaching methods, highlighting its dual potential for enhancing immersive learning while raising ethical concerns.

Enoch is affiliated with the Centre for Applied Health Research and holds the Fellowship of the Royal Society for Public Health (FRSPH). He does not currently supervise PhD students.
