Enes Talha BAŞER serves as a Research Assistant in the Department of Commercial Law at Özyeğin University's Faculty of Law, having joined the institution in April 2024 following his legal practice period and graduate studies in Germany.
Mr. Başer graduated with honors from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2020 and subsequently obtained his attorney's license in 2021, registering with the Istanbul Bar Association. He maintained active legal practice until April 2024, except for a dedicated period from April 2022 to August 2023 when he pursued postgraduate studies in Germany.
His academic research centers on commercial law with specialized expertise in capital markets law, corporate law, competition law, and intellectual property law. Currently, he is completing his master's degree at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences with a thesis focusing on "Dividend Rights in Publicly Traded Joint Stock Companies".
Proficient in English with intermediate German language skills, Mr. Başer brings valuable practical legal experience from his time at a finance/banking sector firm to complement his academic work at Özyeğin University.
