Dr Endrit Kromidha is an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Department of Management, Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham. He serves as Director of the Birmingham MBA in Singapore and Head of the Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Innovation Group and Cluster (ELIC).

His work increasingly engages with themes like the metaverse, blockchain, and responsible data entrepreneurship.

His work shows a strong trend toward digital innovation, financial inclusion, institutional influences on ecosystems, and the psychological and social dynamics of entrepreneurial teams and resilience.
