Emmanuel Stamou

Emmanuel Stamou is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at TU Dortmund University. He holds a Doctorate from the Technical University of Munich (2013) and a Diploma in Physics from the same institution (2009). His career includes positions as Assistant Professorship at TU Dortmund (2020-2023), Research Associate at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (2019-2020), Enrico Fermi Fellow at University of Chicago (2016-2019), and Research Associate at Weizmann Institute of Science (2013-2016).

His research focuses on theoretical aspects of particle physics including beyond-Standard-Model phenomenology, quantum field theory applications in both high-energy and condensed matter physics, and precision computations. His work bridges fundamental theoretical frameworks with computational approaches to explore new physical phenomena.
