Emmanuel Rachelson

Emmanuel Rachelson is a Professor of Machine Learning and Optimization at ISAE-SUPAERO. He is affiliated with the Department of Complex Systems Engineering (DISC) and focuses on Reinforcement Learning and Sequential Decision Problems.
