Emmanuel Keith Kisaame is a Research Fellow at the Department of Social Sciences and Business, Roskilde University, Denmark. His work focuses on socio-economic and political dynamics in African contexts, particularly cash transfer mechanisms.
- Active participant in the CASH-IN project (2020-2026) analyzing privately managed cash transfers in Africa.
- Co-author of a 2025 study on the politicization of non-state cash transfers in Uganda and Tanzania, published in Forum for Development Studies.
