Emma Tappin is a Senior Lecturer at the Harper Adams Business School, Harper Adams University. She holds a BSc (Hons), MSc, MBA, Dip. Res., and PgCHE, and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her teaching focuses on small business start-up, leadership and change, project management, and environmental/social responsibility.
