Emma Richards

Dr. Emma Richards is a Senior Lecturer in Physical Chemistry and Director of Admissions and Recruitment at Cardiff University's School of Chemistry. Her research focuses on Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectroscopy and hyperfine methodologies to investigate electron transfer processes in sustainable chemical transformations and excited-state properties of photoactive materials. She leads a group equipped with advanced EPR facilities and collaborates on projects involving organometallic chemistry, photocatalysis, and quantum spin systems.
