Professor Cross uses neuroimaging (fMRI), neurostimulation (TMS, tDCS), and behavioral methods to study how we perceive and learn from human and artificial agents. Her work has been published in Trends in Cognitive Sciences, Journal of Neuroscience, and Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society.
She currently supervises projects on robot-assisted health interventions and develops VR paradigms to study social cognition.
