Emily Mann

Emily Mann serves as a Teaching Professor in the Human Services Program within Northeastern University's College of Social Sciences and Humanities and holds a Senior Research Associate position at the Kitty & Michael Dukakis Center for Urban and Regional Policy. A founding member of the Northeastern University Public Evaluation Lab (NU-PEL), she leads community-based evaluation initiatives bridging academic research with practical policy applications.
