Emily M. Broad Leib is a Clinical Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, directing the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation and the Food Law and Policy Clinic. She specializes in food law, health policy, and environmental sustainability. Her work addresses food waste reduction, food access equity, and legal frameworks for healthy food production. Broad Leib holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School (2008) and a B.A. in History from Columbia University (2003). She has been recognized for her contributions to food policy, including the 2015 Climate Change Solution Fund and Fortune’s 2016 Innovators list. Her research spans regulatory law, public health, and interdisciplinary policy solutions.
