Emily Hoffmann

Emily Hoffmann serves as a Research Fellow and Adjunct Research Fellow at the School of Biological Sciences, The University of Western Australia. Her work focuses on amphibian conservation in the context of climate change, disease threats, and habitat degradation across Australian ecosystems.

Her research interests center on Amphibian Conservation, Climate Change Impacts, and Threatened Species Management, with specific expertise in microclimate ecology, phenology, and chytridiomycosis mitigation. Key research areas include identifying ecological refuges, developing environmental DNA monitoring techniques, and assessing extinction risks for Australian frogs.
