Emily Hodge is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Education, focusing on curriculum policy and equity-driven organizational change. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Theory and Policy from Pennsylvania State University, alongside graduate degrees in Secondary Education and English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia.
