Emily Haynes is a Research Fellow at the European Centre for Environment and Human Health within the University of Exeter Medical School. She is a Registered Dietitian (HCPC) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Her research examines:
- Health/environmental impacts of dietary shifts
- Local food production systems
- Nutrition in Small Island Developing States
- Agroecological approaches to food security
