Emily Church serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Biology at Chatham University's College of Arts & Sciences. Her work focuses on molecular mechanisms in biological systems, with particular emphasis on genetic regulation and cellular processes. Current research explores gene expression dynamics and protein interactions in developmental contexts.
Research Interests: Dr. Church's laboratory investigates fundamental questions in molecular biology, including transcriptional control networks, epigenetic modifications, and biochemical signaling pathways during organismal development. Her interdisciplinary approach bridges genetics, biochemistry, and cell biology.
Affiliated with Chatham University's College of Arts & Sciences, she teaches undergraduate courses in biology while maintaining active research projects. Contact: e.church@chatham.edu
