Ms Emily Casey is an Adjunct Associate Lecturer at the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work, University of Queensland. She contributes to research in nursing, midwifery, and social work, with a focus on patient safety and wellness.
- Research Interests: Pediatric Nursing, Infection Prevention, Women's Wellness After Cancer, Educational Research, and the DEFENCE project.
Her recent work includes a 2024 conference paper on a randomized controlled trial addressing family health interventions for children with eczema, aligning with her expertise in chronic illness management and patient safety.
